3D Image Viewer is designed to perform three-dimensional visualization of the images with depth aspect such as AFM,
TEM or Fluorescent.
Various surface visualization options are included to better demonstrate achieved results. The module includes surface tilt control tool that allows showing the
analyzed surface from any angle, with various tilt and magnification options. Additional settings allow changing surface and background colors, and image cropping
by height. 3D Image Viewer allows users to set up scale by any coordinate axes. Produced 3D images can be exported into Microsoft Word. |

Stitching |
This tool is designed to stitch series
of panoramic or partially overlapping fragments into a single image,
either in automated or manual mode. This tool can be used with motorized
microscope stages for the step-by-step scanning of large objects.
Image Stitching is also helpful in cases when it is necessary to produce
images of large objects with high resolution. The module includes set of
built-in tools for customizing stitching parameters and facilitating
precise alignment of image fragments. Users can control permissible
angles of image rotation and image shift values, select methods for
image overlapping and stitching quality level. Postprocessing allows
cropping the produced image as necessary and selecting the background
color. |
