1. Signing up

To receive this service you need to open customer account with Smart Imaging Technologies Co. To open the account please complete new account form.
You will receive your user id and password to access your work area on our secure FTP server where you can upload your images and download results of analysis

2. Submitting the Request

When you log in to your work area on FTP server, you will find your personal folders and downloadable Service Request Form. To request the service, send us completed Service Request Form via fax or email to service@smartimtech.com

	To submit digital images for analysis, upload your digital images into "Input" personal folder
	To send us physical samples for analysis please submit the form to receive sample preparation price quote and service confirmation. You will receive instructions in our service communication.

3. Getting Results

Our specialists usually process service requests within 72 hours (sample preparation requires additional time and is usually done within 3 days). When results are ready, you will receive notification email.

You can download PDF reports from "Results" folder on FTP server. If you send us physical samples we will also provide the original digital images. Any exceptions can be found in "Exceptions" folder, and will be addressed in service communication email.

4. Payment

Invoice for processing and analysis service will be send within 5 business days. Service invoices are payable in full within 15 business days from issue date.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

As a part of our customer satisfaction commitment you only pay for service if you are satisfied with results. If you are not satisfied with any of the reports, please let us know in writing within 15 days from notification email. We will correct the issue or remove the charge from invoice.
