Austenite Grain Size (ASTM E112, ASTM E1382, DIN 50601)

Problem solved:
Analysis of images with cementated boundaries of austenite grains according to ASTM E112, ASTM E1382 and DIN 50601 standards.

Solution:
Solution includes automatic reconstruction of grain boundaries network and analysis of individual grains, determination of  area fractions occupied by micrograins of different grades, building grain size distribution histogram, and report generation.

The following operations are  performed:

	Automatic reconstruction of grain boundaries network and analysis of individual grains
	Determining the fractions of area occupied by  micrograins with different grades;
	Building grain size distribution histogram.

Determined parameters:
For every field and every zone the austenite grain size parameters are determined by an arbitrary number of view fields (images).

A report is generated, containing measurement results for every field and accumulation results for all fields.

This solution is ordered separately. Installed SIMAGIS® platform is required for the solution to function.
