Solution Highlights:
This application captures images from TEM microscope or image files and performs automated image preprocessing. Friendly user interface allows quick selection of sections for analysis. User can select single of multiple sections for aggregate statistical results. When selection is confirmed, application generates quantitative results of nanotube wall structure analysis that can be exported to PDF, MS Word or Excel.
