Adult Insect Analysis

Solution Highlights:
The software automatically identifies and measures adult insects. It automatically selects insect bodies and applies skeletal mask to define the shape. Skeletal lines are processed to remove "false" lines introduced by insect tarsi. Application measures lengths of central lines and generates the report that contains central line length values.
The solution includes convenient tools for manual correction of automated analysis steps.
The measurement results are placed into the report table that also contains insect images for easy visual identification.

The module provides quantitative statistical results for each adult insect that include

	Length of the median line
	Area
	Perimeter
