Larva Analysis

Bright- or darkfield images of the larva.

Solution Highlights:
The software automatically identifies larva based on shape and measures larva parameters. It atomically selects larva bodies and defines a skeletal mask. Skeletal lines are processed to remove "false" lines introduced by larva tarsi. Application measures lengths of central lines and generates the report that contains central line length values.
The solution includes convenient tools for manual correction of automated analysis steps.
The measurement results are placed into a table that also contains thumbnails of larva images.

	Perimeter
