Determination of Coating Thickness

Problem solved:
The solution determines thickness of the coating.

Solution:
The solution is semiautomatic. The user specifies boundaries of the coating layer on the initial image using the mouse. Remaining operations are performed automatically. The software selects the coating, applies the mask of secants with a  predefined step and determines the coating thickness distribution.

Determined parameters:
The solution produces the series of parameters, including the number of analyzed fields, length of the analyzed surface (μm), minimal, average and maximal thickness of analyzed coating. Results of measuring coating thickness can be produced in form of the thickness distribution histogram.

This solution is ordered separately. Installed SIMAGIS® platform is required for the solution to function.
