Definition of 2D morphometric parameters of leaf cells

This module is designed to determine morphometric and planimetric parameters of leaf cells in macerate.

User can select the type of analyzed cells (elongated or rounded) in the interactive mode. Parameters of the analyzed cells are determined automatically.

Defined parameters:

	Cell projection area
	Cell projection perimeter
	Cell length (long axis)
	Cell width (maximum width in a direction perpendicular  to the long axis)
	Circular shape factor value
	Compactness factor value
	Elongation factor value
	Roughness factor value
