Definition of leaf thickness and partial volumes of tissues

The solution was developed to analyze cross-sections of the leaves.  Internal tissues (organelles) are automatically selected and classified. Partial volumes of the tissues are determined.

Analyzed tissues: Ground, Photosynthetic (Palisade Mesophyll, Spongy Mesophyll), Vascular, Strengthening.
