Morphometric analysis of leaf lamella

The solution is used to determine parameters of leaf lamellas, including the number of denticles, size, number and angular parameters of leaf ribs.

Defined parameters:

The following parameters are determined for every analyzed leaf based on the arbitrary number of view fields (images):
	Total leaf area
	Leaf perimeter
	Form factor
	Total length of ribs
	Length of ribs per leaf area unit
The following parameters are determined separately for left and right part of the lamella:
	Number of denticles
	Number of the first order ribs
	Length of the first four ribs of the first order
	Distances between the contiguous branches of the first order ribs on the rachis
	Angles between the rachis and the first order ribs
